Be well and let thoughts of wellness sprout in your mind

Feel the well of joy rising within your heart to cheer your soul

Take action to welcome the present with positive thoughts and words and be kind to yourself and to others

Happy Wellness Wednesday. Invoke the spirit of wellness to be your buddy today by exercising self-compassion and giving grace to yourself and to others around you. Being in close proximity with even loved ones can be challenging for people who usually get recharged by spending more time alone. The self-quarantine period may not allow that kind of rehabilitation for you but do the little you can and take care of your mental health, because it matters a lot.

Watch out for your emotional health because it is a big indicator of your thought life. Thoughts have the power to bring anxiety, stress, worry, sadness, and fear into our hearts. They also have the power to produce peace, joy, gratitude, love, and freedom in our lives. For the most part, It is our choice. 

Therefore, choose today to start taking this advice from Paul

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things”. Philippians 4:8

Right thoughts are the beginning of living a Wellness lifestyle and reaping the benefits of having great emotional health. Think about your thinking and replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
