The Art Of Christian Living

Exploring & Sharing Life | Lessons | Experiences

Never stop trying to improve yourself, your skills, your talents, your relationships, your goals and dreams because there is always room to improve and get better. Don’t forget that it is a process and it takes time. Learn to enjoy the process

We are now in the last quarter of the 2019 and sometimes looking at the goals we have not achieved yet can be very daunting and discouraging. But hold on, 2019 isn’t over yet and there are changes that can still be made to achieve those goals.

That is why I am encouraging all of you to keep doing our best while not forgetting to stop once in a while and smell the roses.

One of my focuses this year is including Wellness and Mindfulness practices in all my endeavors. I am still not there but not where I want to be.

Thank you for reading and please feel free to share your own thoughts and goals. Sharing them often inspires us to stay accountable and achieve them.

    1. Marie Cook – I am a food lover, and cooking is therapeutic for me; it relaxes me and transports me to a quieter universe away from the noisy, busy modern world. I am a Counseling Mental Health & Wellness graduate student, wife, and stepmother. I love connecting with people from different cultural backgrounds through food, fashion, wisdom, and lifestyle in general. To be continued because I am still in the process of discovering who I am as I continue this journey called life. I promise to keep you all posted in the meantime.
